If you eat food that is not designed for the body to process, and then this food ferments, it will create and environment for yeast, bacteria, viruses and fungi to proliferate and thrive.
It’s vital to understand the cause is a culturing medium in the body that allows an environment for these microbes to thrive and proliferate. If your consuming alkaline chemistry, and fresh living food, these issues don’t accumulate and thrive in the body, because they live on dead sewage. If you focus on cleaning the body, and eliminating chemistry that is detrimental to the human organism, then you could remove the sewage environment that causes these problems. A sewage environment is acidic, and acids are corrosive, and cause systemic inflammation. The simplicity of creating a healthy environment in the body, will in return remove sewage stagnation.

You must also get away from the internet constipation and bs regarding fruits, and understand that fruits and vegetables as long as they’re in their raw living state fresh, and organic, do not cause problems in your body that contribute to bacteria, viruses, yeast, and molds, they will remove them. When these die off symptoms take place, your going to want to eat junk food, because these bugs thrive on them, and crave them. The more you feed into the temptation, the longer it will take to create a new alkaline environment that is not conducive to sewage stagnation. You must clean the sewage out of the body, in order for any of these problems to go away, and that’s why detoxification is the answer, and that these problems cannot be “treated” because you cannot treat a stagnant environment, you must remove it, and supplements and specific diets that cause these issues are only going to leave you more frustrated dealing with the problem, year after year after year.

Transition to a raw living foods diet, and make sure that fruit is the bulk of your diet because you need the astringent power of the fruits to move the lymphatic system, and to clean and repair the kidneys to eliminate the acids, chemicals, bacteria, yeast, molds, sulfate residues, and any other crazy stagnant residue that we accumulate in this toxic and crazy world of the dead and putrefactive food that humans eat today.
Keep your diet simple, 80% fruit, focus on mono fruit meals, green juices for your greens during transition, get herbs that will help to support your kidneys, move the lymphatic system, clean out the bowels, and to help enhance and repair the endocrine glands, don’t overeat to burden the digestive system, stop eating before the sun goes down, and start dry fasting to help encourage the body to focus on healing and repairing, and cleaning out the sewage environment, rather than putting too much focus and energy on processing and digesting chemistry from the food consumed during the day. It’s best to let your food digest and eat nothing for at least 5 to 7 hours before you go to bed, and then on top of that to dry fast in the evening until the next day for at least 14 to 20 hours, will really take a burden off of the body so that it could heal more drastically and effectively.
